Description
Jam made with the fruit of a few old peach trees of mixed varieties scattered around our farm and a mix of wild and cultivated mint from our educational vegetable garden, amber in colour, silky in texture, with the flavour and scent of a Tuscan summer, ideal to accompany very well-aged hard cheeses or to spread on bread/rusks, and also for very fragrant biscuits and tarts.
