Elderflower Syrup

A preparation made by infusing wild elderflowers picked from the plants scattered around our farm. Pale straw-yellow in colour, with an unmistakable fresh, fragrant aroma and a delicate, thirst-quenching, refreshing flavour. Perfect for soaking cakes for your children, for making flavoured water for the summer or the gym, and also for fresh, refreshing cocktails (such as the Hugo), and for adding flavour to fruit salads, fresh fruit, ice cream and yoghurt. Elderflower has draining properties that help eliminate toxins, expectorant properties for mucus in the airways, and supports the immune system in fighting viral infections.
