Millefiori Honey

Whole millefiori (wildflower) honey extracted by centrifugal force without thermal forcing, which keeps vitamins, minerals, natural enzymes and antioxidants, collected from the more than 100 hives on the farm. Amber colour, floral aromas and flavours that vary from light and delicate to slightly more intense, and a texture that varies naturally with temperature because it is not pasteurised (crystallised when cold and liquid when warmer). Nutritionally it is the most complete of the honeys, very easy to assimilate thanks to its sugars and therefore suitable for athletes, adults and children (over 12 years old), also excellent as a soothing remedy for seasonal ailments of the respiratory tract.
