Description
A semi-thick sauce obtained by quickly cooking the Sangiovese grapes from our small vineyard, a very intense ruby red colour, with the delicate flavour of ripe grapes, naturally sweet, ideal to accompany very well-aged hard cheeses or to spread on bread/rusks, or to garnish cheesecakes or panna cotta.
