Organic Calamarata

With a naturally delicate flavour, they are made from stone-ground semolina of our Cappelli durum wheat. Visually they are wide, fairly tall cylinders; their shape makes them perfect for welcoming and holding chunky sauces, such as stews, molluscs, crustaceans and fish in large pieces, and they are also very versatile with creamy sauces or with ragù and other sauces, including vegetable ones. They can hold a lot of sauce, which also makes them suitable for a baked pasta bake, a pasta frittata or even a pasta salad.
