Organic Sedanini

Made from stone-ground semolina of our Cappelli durum wheat, they are a very versatile pasta shape. Visually they are slightly curved tubes ridged on the outside; this feature is designed to hold the sauce better. Thinner than penne, but just as versatile with dressings. They are in fact suited to meat, legume and vegetable sauces in coarse pieces, fine or as a purée, but also to baked pasta dishes, minestre, soups or pasta frittatas. A pasta with a naturally delicate flavour, also suitable for weaning or for sauces with a delicate flavour (such as EVO oil alone).
