Organic Ditali Rigati

Made from stone-ground semolina of our Cappelli durum wheat, they are a short pasta shape (pastina) with a naturally delicate flavour which, in shape, resembles the sewing accessory of the same name (the thimble). They are very short tubes, ridged on the outside; their short, stubby shape is designed to hold on to the sauce that goes with them. They are in fact perfect for soups, broths or even with sauces for children, including during weaning.
