Giardiniera (Pickled Vegetables)

Mixed vegetables from our educational vegetable garden, prepared fresh, in a variety of colours and flavours that will bring cheer to your aperitif. They are briefly blanched in acidulated water and then rapidly cooled by thermal shock to preserve the natural colour, flavour and crunch of the vegetables. Delicate bittersweet flavour, excellent with cured meats and cheeses, but also on their own or with all your favourite snacks.
